Shipping policy
All Present by Armston products are made to order, so please allow a little extra time before your item ships — good things are worth the wait.
Processing time
Every order is printed specifically for you once it's placed, which takes up to 1–5 business days before it leaves our fulfilment partner's UK factory. During busy periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery times are:
- United Kingdom, Standard: £3.99, 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom, Express: £5.99, 1–2 business days
- Europe: £10.99, 5–7 business days
- United States: £13.99, 7–10 business days
- Rest of the world: £13.99, 7–10 business days
Total time to arrival is processing time plus shipping time above.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking via Royal Mail. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order dispatches.
Customs and import charges (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, including to the United States, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost — we're not able to predict what these will be, as they vary by country.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to make changes once an order has entered production, and we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
